SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
At this point in time we do not ship out our items to our customers. We are working on getting to that point in the near future. Items can currently be bought online and picked up in store at our customers earliest convenience.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All non-portable BBQs are final sale. We will accept returns on portable BBQs if the box has not been opened and in resellable condition. For returns they must fall within the 14 day return window. For all questions on returns and/or exchanges please come into store or contact us at 604-534-6520. We will do our best to find a solution.
